Are the prices on this website final?

They are indicative service prices. Government and statutory charges, share capital, business type and complexity can change the total. We confirm the final price with you before you pay.

Do your prices include government filing fees?

No. CAC and other regulators publish statutory filing fees separately from professional processing charges. Where statutory fees apply we tell you clearly and bill them separately.

Is SCUML registration free?

SCUML registration itself is FREE according to SCUML. What you pay us is our professional processing and documentation fee only.

What does the NSITF contribution cost?

NSITF states that the Employees' Compensation Scheme involves an employer contribution of 1% of total monthly payroll. That contribution is paid to NSITF and is not part of our professional fee.

How long do CAC filings take?

CAC's published service timelines include 12 working hours for many post-registration filings and 24 working hours for annual returns, subject to complete documentation and resolution of any queries.

How do I pay?

Place your order, then pay online by debit or credit card, bank transfer or USSD where supported. You receive a receipt and reference number immediately after payment.

How do I send my documents?

Upload them from your dashboard on the order page. Files are stored privately and can only be opened by you and our processing team.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Your dashboard shows every stage: pending, payment confirmed, documents received, processing, query raised and completed.
